Within the framework of the GRETA project, the online video on "Gender Equality and Women's Rights for Building a Just and Inclusive Society" was developed with the co-funding of the European Union, Sweden, and Austria. The primary purpose of the course is to foster the understanding of complex issues concerning women's rights and gender equality, as well as the protection of gender equality in society and business sphere.

In the distribution of economic and financial resources, gender-based inequality has persistently led to women being disadvantaged compared to men, particularly in marginalized conditions. This has been evident in cases where opportunities have been denied to them, their participation restricted, or they have been excluded or marginalized within societal processes.

Today, in various regions around the world, women continue to be underrepresented in significant decision-making processes concerning economic and financial resources, and their access to opportunities. Questions related to the distribution of economic and financial resources, opportunities, and so forth, are even more skewed by gender-based discrimination, highlighting the pervasive nature of gender inequality.

Women have the right to equal opportunities in employment, access to available resources, and fair working conditions. They also have access to resources from the earth, housing, and production opportunities.
